How QuoteMedia Online Support Works


This is our online customer service/support system. It is designed to make detailed, informative problem reporting easier for our customers, which leads to faster and more efficient problem resolution by our technicians.

How to use the Support system:
  • First, go to the main Support page.

  • Click on the 'Open Support Ticket' link, which will open the Problem Reporting form page.

  • Enter the required information into the various fields in the Problem Reporting form. Be as specific and detailed as you possibly can. The more information you provide our technicians with at the outset, the better they will be able to serve you.

  • Once you have filled in all of the information, click on the "Submit" button.

  • You will be then be shown a page which lists all of the information you submitted to us through the form. You will also see a message indicating that your ticket has been processed correctly.

  • When you successfully submit, you will receive a confirmation email displaying your ticket number. The ticket is the question you submitted. This is the number you will use to track the progress of your ticket.

  • When one of the members of our support staff replies to your ticket, you will receive another email with your ticket number, stating that a reply has been made. Just click the link in that email to go right to your ticket, or copy and paste the number into the ticket box at the top of the Support Center page.

  • The response from our support staff will appear above yours so you can easily refer back to your original post(s). If you need clarification or just wish to post a new comment back to our support team, click on the Reply/Add link and type in your message. This new message will be sent back to our support team and the process begins anew.

  • Be sure to keep your ticket number handy until the problem has been resolved. This will make it very easy for you to check back for the information you require.
