Please Note that this Article relates to Users accessing Quotestream via the Web Start Installer, the Desktop Installer should not encounter issues creating a Shortcut.
- Open the Java Control Panel
Windows
Launch the Windows Start menu
Click on Programs
Find the Java program listing
Click Configure Java to launch the Java Control Panel
Mac
Click System Preferences (icon which appears similar to a cog wheel)
Click on Java
- Follow the process pictured below (Web Settings > Java Cache Viewer > Applications > Right Click on Quotestream > Install Shortcuts)
- You should now once again have an Icon (Shortcut) on your Desktop from which you can access Quotestream
- In some cases you may have to reinstall Quotestream from Deleted Applications before being able to access within Applications (see image)
