The support representative may ask you to download remote access software to resolve the issue you are experiencing. Please follow the instructions below.

1. In the browser (Safari shown below), enter into the address bar and hit Enter.
2. On the main page, click Start Meeting this will initiate the download of the client.

3. Open Finder, navigate to your Downloads folder and open ''

4. You may receive this prompt, click Open to continue.

5. If you see this screen with the message 'No Content is being shared,' you will need to press the leftmost circular icon (orange) and click Share Screen. Provide the nine digit code shown on the top left of the program window to support technician.
