Java

Java is only required when using the Web Start Installer, you will need the most up to date version which can be found here:

Minimum Internet Network Connection

  • Broadband Internet Connection Required
  • Dial-Up or Tethering permitted, however unsupported by the Helpdesk.


Firewall/Tunneling

  • HTTP traffic to external server port 80 must be permitted.
  • HTTPS traffic to external server port 443 must be permitted.


Proxy Server

  •  HTTP proxy server is permitted and configurable within the application.
